Do you find it hard to push yourself in a big box gym? Want to feel the cool breeze and the sun while you sweat? Our gym is different - we are semi-outdoor in the warm months, and indoor during cooler months. Our main floor is wide open and we primarily use free weights - focusing on functional movements that translate to obstacles in everyday living.
